Welfare & Applicant Support:

  • Provide front-line welfare support and guidance to Filipino applicants and domestic workers regarding Tadbeer procedures, contracts, and employer expectations.
  • Handle inquiries and follow up on welfare-related cases, including complaints, disputes, and medical or emergency concerns, escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records and correspondence with applicants, employers, and embassy officials.
  • Offer clear guidance and official referrals to support vulnerable applicants.

Liaison with Philippine Embassy (LO Function):

  • Prepare, review, and submit employment contracts and all required documentation to the Philippine Embassy/Consulate for verification and attestation.
  • Coordinate all embassy appointments, submissions, and follow-ups, meticulously tracking contract status to resolve discrepancies and avoid processing delays.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all embassy submissions, approvals, and rejections.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly operational reports covering contract volumes, case resolutions, processing timelines, and key operational risks.
