Position Overview: Automotive Sales Team Leader

Almana Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Team Leader to manage the daily sales operations of a dealership showroom. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be directly responsible for leading a team of Sales Consultants, overseeing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle handover, and ensuring the showroom meets its sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilitie

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following core leadership and operational duties:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team. Coach and support Sales Consultants to improve performance and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Monitor and manage all active deals from the initial inquiry through to final vehicle delivery. Ensure all sales leads are properly assigned, followed up, and converted.
  • Customer Experience Management: Oversee and ensure excellence in all customer-facing activities, including inquiries, test drives, quotations, and delivery processes. Professionally resolve customer issues and handle escalations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination between the sales team and support departments such as Finance & Insurance (F&I), registration, and logistics to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Showroom Operations: Maintain high showroom standards, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and keep organized records of all sales activities and deal statuses.
