Job Overview: Master Data Executive (Planning)

This role is ideal for retail planning professionals with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of fashion or multi-channel retail. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage data flows, validate configurations, and support promotional and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Maintenance & Validation

  • Maintain and update master data across ERP, Prism, and eCommerce platforms
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly validation routines

Data Integration & Migration

  • Ensure smooth data flow between internal systems and external platforms (e.g., M&S UK, 3PL logistics)
  • Support data mapping and transformation during system upgrades
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams on new integrations

Promotion & Markdown Management

  • Configure promotions, pricing, and campaigns on Prism
  • Align promotional setups with business rules and sales targets
  • Update markdown prices for end-of-sale events

eCommerce Master Data

  • Maintain accurate product, category, pricing, and inventory data
  • Coordinate with eCommerce merchandising team for listings and delistings
  • Participate in UAT for system rollouts and enhancements
