📄 Job Description
We’re Building Something Different and We’re Looking for People Who Truly Believe in Every Child
What if every child was not just supported… but truly understood?
What if care wasn’t standardised — but intentionally designed around the individual?
We are launching a new kind of clinic in Doha.
One grounded in a simple but powerful belief: Every child deserves a care and education pathway as unique as they are.
This is not just another clinic.
It is a shift in how we think about children, development, and support.
A space where:
Inclusion is not an afterthought, but the foundation
Clinical care and education work hand-in-hand
Every child receives a personalised, holistic plan built around their strengths, challenges, and potential
We are building something meaningful. Something long-term. Something that challenges the current system.
We Are Currently Looking For
Pediatricians with a passion for developmental and holistic child health
Clinical Psychologists committed to child-centred, evidence-based care
💡 Who We’re Looking For
Professionals who:
Believe no two children should ever be treated the same
Want to move beyond rigid systems and one-size-fits-all approaches
Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
Are driven by purpose, not just practice
What Makes This Different?
You won’t just be joining a clinic. You’ll be helping build it.
From the ground up, we are creating a model that prioritises:
Individualised care pathways
Deep collaboration between medical, psychological, and educational teams
Meaningful, long-term outcomes for children and families
If you’ve ever felt the current system doesn’t go far enough…
If you’ve wanted to be part of something more impactful…
We’d love to hear from you.
Let’s redefine what truly inclusive care can look like, together.
Role Description – Clinical Psychologist
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Clinical Psychologist will:
Provide individual and group therapy
Conduct psychological assessments
Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions
Work closely with children (including SEN/ASD) and their families
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes
Contribute to the overall emotional and psychological well-being of clients
