Role Purpose
The Accounts Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting operations of Al Manaar and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
The role is structured as a high-potential leadership track, where the candidate will progressively assume broader financial responsibilities with a clear pathway toward Financial Manager position based on performance and organizational needs.

- ✓ Key Responsibilities
- ✓ 1. Core Accounting Operations
- ✓ Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- ✓ Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing timely
- ✓ Maintain accuracy of financial records across entities
- ✓ Supervise accounting staff and workflows
- ✓ Direct interactions with accounting team within subsidiaries as needed.
- ✓ 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- ✓ Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- ✓ Support consolidation across Al Manaar subsidiaries
- ✓ Analyze variances vs budget and prior periods
- ✓ Provide actionable insights to management
- ✓ 3.Compliance & Governance
- ✓ Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- ✓ Coordinate with auditors (internal & external)
- ✓ Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
- ✓ Support board-level reporting requirements
- ✓ 4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- ✓ Monitor cash flow positions and liquidity across entities
- ✓ Track receivables, payables, and inventory impact on working capital
- ✓ Support forecasting accuracy and variance tracking
- ✓ 5. Systems & Process Improvement
- ✓ Improve accounting systems, reporting tools, and automation
- ✓ Standardize financial processes across subsidiaries
- ✓ Support implementation of ERP or reporting dashboards
- ✓ 6. Strategic & Leadership Exposure (Development Track)
- ✓ Support budgeting and financial planning cycles
- ✓ Participate in investment evaluations and business cases
- ✓ Assist in banking relationships and financing structures
- ✓ Gradually take ownership of finance-related decision support

- ✓ Subject to performance and business needs, the role may evolve into Financial Manager with full ownership of finance function, strategic planning, banking relationships, and board-level leadership.
- ✓ Qualifications & Experience
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- ✓ 8 –12 years of relevant experience
- ✓ Experience in multi-entity or group structure preferred
- ✓ Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- ✓ Experience in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- ✓ Certifications (Preferred)
- ✓ CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent
- ✓ Additional certifications are a plus
