Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for Talabat users, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the UAE, supporting customers via chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve complaints related to orders, payments, and delivery delays
  • Coordinate with restaurants, riders, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain high satisfaction scores and meet response time targets
  • Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases
  • Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and service policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or delivery
