As a Receptionist at King’s College Riyadh Sedra, you’ll be the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff—playing a vital role in shaping the school’s welcoming atmosphere and supporting the admissions journey.
Job Overview: Receptionist
This is more than a front desk role—it’s a chance to be part of a dynamic Admissions and Parent Experience Team. You’ll help families feel at home, guide them through the enrolment process, and ensure every interaction reflects the school’s values of kindness, fairness, and professionalism.
🕒 Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
🕘 Shifts: 09:00 AM–5:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
📚 School Levels: Primary, Prep, and Secondary
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Excellence
- Greet parents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries accurately
- Answer frequently asked questions with confidence and clarity
- Ensure all visitors are signed in according to school protocol
Admissions & Tour Coordination
- Schedule and confirm school tours and open days
- Support document collection and follow-ups for new admissions
- Maintain CRM data accuracy to support admissions decisions
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Stay informed about school events and calendar updates
- Communicate effectively with new and prospective parents
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming
Administrative Support
- Manage the absence mailbox and update iSAMS records
- Respond to parent emails and relay information to teachers
- Provide admin support to other departments as needed
General Responsibilities
- Uphold the school’s values in all interactions
- Follow safeguarding policies and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in personal development and community initiatives
