Position Overview: Sales Business Development (Creative Agency)

Wisterra HR Consultancy’s client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Business Development professional to join their team. This role is ideal for a B2B sales specialist with 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the FMCG industry, who is eager to transition their skills into the vibrant world of creative services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth by selling high-value branding and design solutions. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following core sales and business development duties:

  • New Business Generation: Proactively identify, research, and generate new business opportunities for the agency’s branding and creative services.
  • Client Discovery & Consultation: Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to deeply understand their branding, marketing, and creative requirements.
