Position Overview: HR Partner

Air Products is seeking a strategic and proactive HR Partner (HRP) to serve as a trusted advisor to front-line and mid-level managers at their Dhahran operations. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manager Coaching & Development: Acting as primary coach to managers on leadership behaviors, people management, and consistent HR policy application

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Planning & Controls Engineer to join our team supporting the BHIG Project Portfolio Organization in Jubail, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦. This is a critical site-based role where you will be the cornerstone for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. You will provide expert oversight on scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting, acting as a key interface between project execution teams and our customers to guarantee projects are completed on scope, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with the following core duties:

  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Cost Control & Forecasting: Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor cash flow, track commitments and expenditures, and conduct earned value analysis to provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • Project Controls Governance: Implement and uphold Air Products and BHIG standards for planning and controls, maintaining robust progress measurement systems and performance dashboards.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management: Deliver transparent, regular reporting on schedule and cost performance to customers and internal stakeholders, proactively addressing queries and ensuring contractual alignment.
