Job Description: Senior Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Consultant
Role Purpose: To lead and execute an independent, end-to-end diagnostic and implementation support project for plant maintenance, operational excellence, and reliability functions. The consultant will identify performance gaps, assess operational risks, and provide hands-on coaching to achieve sustainable performance gains.

✓ Requirements
- ✓ Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Comprehensive Assessment (Diagnostic):
- ✓ Conduct a full review of 20+ workstreams, including Governance, Asset Strategy, Maintenance Efficiency, and Reliability Performance.
- ✓ Analyze manpower vs. workload, wrench time, and craft mix to identify productivity leakages.
- ✓ Assess the effectiveness of planning and scheduling, including work order (WO) lifecycle and backlog governance.
- ✓ Operational Risk & Compliance Management:
- ✓ Evaluate compliance with HSE, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) protocols.
- ✓ Review reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR) and the quality of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for "bad actor" equipment.
- ✓ Supply Chain & Financial Oversight:
- ✓ Review warehouse accuracy, critical spares availability, and procurement cycle times.
- ✓ Evaluate maintenance financial management, including CAPEX-OPEX linkage and "repair vs. replace" governance.
- ✓ Implementation Support & Coaching:
- ✓ Develop initiative charters and actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
- ✓ Provide on-site coaching to planners and supervisors to build organizational capability.
- ✓ Establish performance governance structures, including dashboards and meeting cadences.
