Description
Lead the full development lifecycle of high-rise projects (40+ storey) from concept and design through to construction and handoverManage and coordinate architects, engineers, specialist high-rise consultants, and contractorsOversee development budgets, programmes, procurement strategies, and risk managementEnsure compliance with local authority requirements, building codes, and high-rise safety standardsDrive design efficiency, buildability, and cost optimisation specific to tall buildingsProvide regular reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders


Profile
Between 10-15 years of experienceMinimum 3 years of experience working in the Middle EastMandatory: proven delivery of at least one high-rise development in the Middle East (40+ storey)Strong owner-side or developer-side background or PMC (provided experience is genuine owner side)Demonstrated experience managing complex high-rise structures, vertical construction, and specialist systemsStrong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management capabilities
