📄 Job Description

A leading Financial Institution company is actively recruiting a Head of Revenue Operations for their Dubai office.



The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 15+ members, including a dedicated B2B channel/partner sales team.
Develop and execute revenue strategies across company formation and residency/visa service offerings.
Drive growth across both B2C (direct clients) and B2B (partners, agents, and corporate channels).
Build and strengthen partnerships with agents, consultants, and referral networks to expand market reach.
Identify new revenue streams, markets, and customer segments, particularly for European residency solutions (Portugal & Spain).
Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and conversion rates across all channels.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
