• ✓ Key Responsibilities
• ✓ • Manage and maintain regulatory data, documentation, databases, and internal tracking tools (SharePoint, Excel, etc.) ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• ✓ • Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory documents including Certificates of Composition and hazard communication materials.
• ✓ • Provide Arabic and English regulatory support, including preparing Arabic regulatory statements and handling Arabic documentation requirements.
• ✓ • Assist with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system activities such as data clean‑up, document readiness, and project coordination.
• ✓ • Support digital and communication initiatives including monthly digital tips, regulatory newsletters, and country regulatory assessments.
• ✓ Requirements
• ✓ • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or scientific field (IT or Science preferred).
• ✓ • 0–1 year of experience in regulatory, quality, compliance, or administrative roles.
• ✓ • Strong ability to learn and apply regulatory and business processes with attention to detail.
• ✓ • Proficiency in English and Arabic with the ability to handle technical/regulatory documents.
• ✓ • Digital-first mindset; comfort with IT tools, data accuracy, and structured problem‑solving.
