Printing Supervisor Paper Products Industry
Responsibility:
Plan and organize printing schedule based on priority.
Supervise machine set up and changeover.
Monitor machine efficiency and output.
Minimize downtime, set up and production delays.
Maintaining low waste of the machine during mass production.
Can operate and maintain printing machinery according to SOP.
Can repair minor problem of the machine.
Performs daily safety and compliance check on machine.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the machine and working area.
Perform regular quality checks on printed materials.
Identify and correct any defects or printing issues.
Monitor ink consumption and control leftover materials.
Prepare daily summary report, waste output and machine downtime.
Prepare monthly KPI report.
