Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a strategic and results-driven Parts Sales Supervisor to lead operations at the Trade Point Counter in Al Ain. This role is focused on driving sales and distribution of OEM and aftermarket spare parts, tyres, and batteries to maximize revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following core leadership and operational duties:

  • Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Lead the sales and distribution of OEM and aftermarket spare parts, tyres, and batteries to achieve financial targets, budgets, and profitability objectives for the Al Ain Trade Point location.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Trade Point Counter (TPC), ensuring efficiency, inventory discipline, compliance with company processes, and adherence to audit requirements.
