Job Overview
We’re looking for a Call Center Sales Operator with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves handling inbound leads only — no cold calling — and converting inquiries into scheduled meetings for our design and renovation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell interior design and renovation services to warm leads
- Qualify incoming inquiries and schedule client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet KPIs and contribute to monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge over the phone
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or call center operations
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with renovation or construction industry is a strong advantage
- Own a personal computer/laptop and headset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- Open to male and female applicants
