Candidzone Qatar is recruiting three skilled Mechanical BIM Modelers for immediate mobilization to support critical building construction projects in Doha. This is a hands-on, project-based contract role for a technical expert with a minimum of 4+ years of experience specifically in building projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Mechanical (MEP) BIM models, coordinating with other disciplines to resolve clashes, and producing precise shop drawings. Immediate availability and possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID) are mandatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be entrusted with the following core technical duties:
- BIM Modeling & Development: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Mechanical BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit MEP in strict accordance with project BIM standards and specifications.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Proactively coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP teams to identify and resolve spatial conflicts through clash detection processes. Experience with Navisworks is a strong advantage.
