📄 Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in steel fabrication, galvanizing lines, and heavy industrial equipment to lead maintenance operations within our galvanizing plant.
This role is critical in ensuring continuous plant operations, minimal downtime, and optimal performance of galvanizing and metal processing equipment.

✓ Requirements
- ✓ Key Responsibilities (Steel / Galvanizing Focus)
- ✓ Plan and execute preventive maintenance for galvanizing plant equipment including:
- ✓ Galvanizing baths and kettles
- ✓ Overhead cranes and material handling systems
- ✓ Acid pickling lines and chemical tanks
- ✓ Drying ovens and flux systems
- ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns in:
- ✓ Steel processing lines
- ✓ Pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors
- ✓ Supervise maintenance of heavy-duty industrial machinery used in steel/metal operations
- ✓ Ensure proper functioning of:
- ✓ Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- ✓ Lifting equipment and hoists
- ✓ Maintain and update CMMS records for all plant equipment
- ✓ Monitor and manage spare parts inventory (motors, bearings, chains, etc.)
- ✓ Coordinate with production to schedule planned shutdowns with minimal disruption
- ✓ Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures
- ✓ Ensure compliance with:
- ✓ OEM maintenance standards
- ✓ Industrial safety regulations
- ✓ LOTO procedures during maintenance
- ✓ Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC contracts
