Let’s Gym is a fitness app focused on helping people find workout partners, join fitness communities, and discover local workout opportunities. We’re building for Dubai and the wider UAE with a strong focus on real-world connection, partnerships, and community-led growth.



We’re early, ambitious, and looking for the right person to help lead growth in the UAE from the ground up.



About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead, UAE to work closely with the founder and help drive Let’s Gym’s growth across Dubai and the UAE.



This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a high-ownership position for someone who can operate almost like a business partner — someone who understands how business gets done in the UAE, has strong local relationships, and can help shape both growth strategy and execution.



For the right person, this role has a clear path to becoming a Co-Founder-level position.



What You’ll Be Responsible For

Own UAE growth almost like a business partner, not just an employee
Help shape market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market direction
Build and close partnerships with gyms, run clubs, trainers, fitness communities, wellness brands, and other local businesses
Open doors through your UAE network and turn conversations into real opportunities
Help define what growth should look like for Let’s Gym in Dubai and the broader UAE
Identify local activation opportunities, strategic collaborations, and distribution channels
Work directly with the founder to test ideas, refine the business model, and improve how we grow
Bring market insight, local context, and execution to help Let’s Gym become a real player in the UAE fitness ecosystem


Who This Role Is For

We’re looking for someone who:

Is based in Dubai or the UAE
Knows the UAE business ecosystem well
Has experience in partnerships, business development, growth, community building, or launching products in the UAE
Has strong local relationships and knows how to open doors
Thinks strategically and can also execute
Wants to help build a company from an early stage
Is comfortable with ambiguity and excited by startup life
Wants to be more than just a hire and is interested in growing into a bigger leadership role over time


What Makes This Role Different

This role is for someone who wants to help build, not just participate.



You won’t be handed a fixed playbook and asked to execute tasks. You’ll help create the playbook with us.

Compensation

We are currently pre-revenue, so this role is equity-based to start.



The structure is designed for someone who believes in the long-term opportunity and wants meaningful upside tied to building the business. For the right person, there is a real path for this to become a Co-Founder-level role.
