- ✓ Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- ✓ Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar market
- ✓ Recruit, train, and mentor brokers with a focus on local market success
- ✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Qatar
- ✓ Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support

- ✓ Proven experience as a broker within the Qatar market (required)
- ✓ Strong understanding of local market trends and client behavior
- ✓ Previous team leadership experience preferred
