📄 Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our pre-construction and design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming architectural concepts into detailed, accurate, and buildable drawing sets for our prestigious portfolio of high-rise developments.
✓ Requirements
- ✓ Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Produce detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and layouts for high-rise residential and commercial towers using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- ✓ Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
- ✓ Review and redline drawings, incorporating feedback and changes from various stakeholders.
- ✓ Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE building codes, standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
- ✓ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of drawing registers and documentation.
- ✓ Essential Requirements:
- ✓ A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman within the UAE construction industry.
- ✓ Demonstrable experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
- ✓ High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with Revit (BIM) is a significant advantage.
- ✓ In-depth knowledge of local authority submission procedures and requirements in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
