β Requirements
- β Key Responsibilities:
- β Assist customers/drivers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
- β Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
- β Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
- β Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- β Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads (if applicable)
- β Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- β Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- β Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- β Requirements:
- β 2+ yearsβ experience in a similar role
- β Fluency in English (written & verbal) and Arabic (written & verbal).
- β Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- β Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- β Ability to handle high chat and call volumes during peak hours.
- β Six-day work week availability with the capability to coordinate with multiple departments for complex queries.
