Job Description
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops and computers.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on computers and peripherals.
- Assist customers with the selection and purchase of laptops, desktops, and accessories.
- Provide detailed product information and guide customers to the best solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and effective product displays.
- Manage inventory and report stock shortages or issues as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and products in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware/software repair & troubleshooting (freshers with the right attitude may also apply).
- Good knowledge of computer components, configurations, and operating systems.
- Strong communication and sales skills to assist a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic inventory management understanding is a plus.
- Fluency in English. Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.
