📄 Job Description
Lead the preparation and management of project budgets, utilizing advanced cost estimation tools to ensure accuracy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough cost analyses and feasibility studies, providing strategic insights that drive decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive cost plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines while maintaining financial integrity.
Oversee contract administration processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
Implement effective cost control measures, regularly monitoring expenditures and reporting variances to senior management for timely corrective actions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Engage with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, integrating this knowledge into best practices that enhance the company's service offerings.
