We are looking for a caring and energetic Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one, after-school support to a child. The role focuses on reducing screen time and engaging the child in meaningful, active, and developmental activities. The candidate will accompany the child to parks and outdoor spaces, encouraging play-based learning, social interaction, and life skills development in a safe and structured environment.

- ✓ Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Provide one-on-one support after school
- ✓ Assist in completing school homework while developing independent study skills
- ✓ Conduct ABA sessions with the child
- ✓ Engage the child in screen-free, interactive activities
- ✓ Accompany the child to parks and outdoor play areas after school
- ✓ Support development of social, communication, and behavioral skills
- ✓ Reinforce school learning through fun and practical activities
- ✓ Encourage physical activity, independence, and positive behavior
- ✓ Ensure the child’s safety at all times
- ✓ Share regular updates with parents
- ✓ Requirements:
- ✓ Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- ✓ Experience working with children (special needs experience is an advantage)
- ✓ Energetic, patient, and responsible
- ✓ Comfortable working in a home and outdoor environment
- ✓ Good communication skills
- ✓ First aid knowledge is a plus
- ✓ Preferred Qualities:
- ✓ Passion for child development and active learning
- ✓ Ability to plan engaging, non-screen activities
- ✓ Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
