Leasing & Tenant Management

Assist in implementing the mall’s leasing strategy in line with business objectives.
Handle leasing inquiries, conduct site visits, and coordinate negotiations with prospective tenants
Support the preparation, review, and renewal of lease agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, mall rules, and fit-out guidelines.
Market Analysis & Reporting

Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor malls, and rental benchmarks.
Assist in optimizing tenant mix based on footfall, sales performance, and market demand.
Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and rental performance summaries for management.
Coordination & Operations

Coordinate with finance for invoicing, deposits, rent collection, and reconciliation.
Liaise with operations, fit-out, and marketing teams to support tenant openings and promotions.
Ensure timely handover of leased units and monitor fit-out progress.
Support the management of vacant units and pop-up / kiosk leasing activities.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Monitor expiry dates, renewals, and termination notices.
Ensure adherence to company policies, mall regulations, and applicable local laws.
