We are looking for a Riyadh-based Marketing Manager on a part-time or freelance basis to support our business growth across the real estate, construction, and engineering consultancy sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with relevant industry experience who can strengthen our market presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and position our services effectively within the private sector. The successful candidate should have prior exposure to similar business activities and be capable of turning technical service offerings into clear, credible, and commercially strong marketing messages.
Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with business growth objectives
Strengthen the company’s market positioning and brand visibility within real estate, construction, and engineering sectors
Create and refine clear marketing messages, value propositions, and service positioning
Manage and improve the company website to support lead generation
Develop service pages, landing pages, and clear call-to-action content
Prepare and manage case studies, project highlights, and capability statements
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Manage SEO, paid search, display campaigns, and remarketing activities
Lead LinkedIn content planning and thought leadership campaigns
Create and oversee marketing content including presentations, brochures, company profiles, and digital materials
Support targeted B2B outreach campaigns to developers, investors, hospitality groups, and private asset owners
Coordinate lead generation initiatives and marketing funnels
