MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2 years experience and fully trained operator of respective machine in corrugated carton box Or Paper bag& Paper Cu manufacturing
Quality oriented and safety conscious.
📄 Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY : 1] Reports to the Foreman/Supervisor
2] Responsible for quality and quantity from the machine.
MAIN TASKS :
To set up and control operation of single or multiple production machines in the product manufacturing process.
To ensure that all the products are produced as per customer standard specifications.
To ensure that the first piece is approved by the foreman and signed by both, himself and other knowledgeable operator / foreman prior to mass production.
To report any defect or malfunction of the machine for repair.
To prepare production, downtime and inspection reports / check lists in line with departmental procedures.
To do minor repairs, daily machine lubrication and to maintain good housekeeping as per applicable checklists.
To safely operate the respective machine according to his knowledge and to produce quality product by strictly following company policies and procedures.
OTHER TASKS:
Works to the Quality Policy and Food Safety Policy.
To maintain good housekeeping of the machine area.
To do any other related jobs that may be assigned by his immediate superior.
To share ideas and experience with other operators / trainee operator.
