About the Role:



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties across Dubai.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for ensuring units are well-maintained, guest-ready, and operating smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of holiday home units
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
Conduct property inspections and report issues
Communicate with tenants/guests when required
Handle minor issues and coordinate with technicians
Monitor inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)
Work closely with the back-office/admin team
Assist with check-ins/check-outs when needed
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
